About Our Ceramics

A large amount of our space is dedicated to ceramics.
At On A Whim, all of our greenware and bisque is poured, cleaned, painted and fired ON SITE. All of our bisque is slip-cast by hand, right at our new location at 9415 Durand Avenue Sturtevant, WI! And we are incredibly proud of it! With five kilns, there's always something happening that will make the die hard ceramic hobbyist's heart throb. Pay us a visit; you might catch the painter's red-handed!
 



We use Duncan and Mayco paints in store and offer them for ceramic hobbyists  to purchase. We carry all your favorite colors, and more. Our wall is filled with paints. We have everything from glazes to crystals and crackles!

We promise you will feel right at home here at On A Whim!
